Food insecurity in Canada

      • They are opening their grounds to the public for the summer to enjoy an authentic farm experience
      • The working farm gives visitors a hands-on experience of milking a cow, picking eggs, etc. Plus there are hayrides,  summer camps
      • Visitors must call in advance to set up an appointment 
      • They are not accessible by Transit, but the farm says they are wheelchair accessible 
      • They are open year-round except in -20 degree Celsius weather. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mountain Time. And on Sundays 12 to 4 p.m. Mountain Time. 
      • Tours lasts from 1.5 to 3 hours 
      • Tickets are $10

Vision 2023

      • If you have enough sight and feel comfortable, you can take the Kayak out on your own  with an instructor close by
