Meet Becky and Ryan

Becky Armstrong has been a Chartered Professional Accountant for over 20 years.

Becky loves nothing more than spending her days knee-deep in Excel spreadsheets, making sure everything balances. Her motto is “Keep it Simple” and have fun, and she hopes to bring that attitude to the world of personal finance.

As the co-host of Eyes on Your Money, she’ll help shine a light on what you need to know to be money savvy.
 

Ryan Chin is a financial planner for Sun Life.

There, he works closely with clients to fully understand their specific situations and goals. Based on their needs, he helps them make informed financial choices to build their savings and protect what they cherish most. His focus is to help them save against unexpected events and to prepare financially for the future. As a financial planner who is legally blind, Ryan passionate about enabling independence for myself and others.

Ryan's relentless determination and unrelenting resolve drove him to compete nationally and at the Olympic level in swimming, ultimately placing fifth in the world on the Paralympic stage in the 1992 Barcelona games.

When not working, Ryan is at the barbecue, grilling everything. Recently, he has experimented with grilling fruit; the newest tasty treat is grilled pineapple with a maple syrup glaze!
